Generate documents in inFakt automatically from your Shopify orders. You choose the moment for each document type: when an unpaid order is created, when it is paid, when it is fulfilled or when any order is created.

B2B with native VAT ID collection

Collect your business customers' NIP UE natively at Shopify checkout. It goes onto the document, and EU business customers with a VAT ID get reverse charge documents.

SKUs on your documents

Show the product name, the SKU or both on your documents.

Refunds and cancellations handled

Generate a correction automatically when an order is fully refunded or cancelled. Every item of the order appears on it. Partial refunds are not supported.

Smart exceptions

Skip the orders you do not want a document for: orders with a given tag, POS orders, orders paid only with gift cards or orders with a zero total. You can also generate each document type for everyone, only for companies or only for individuals.

Taxes as on the order, including OSS

Frequently asked questions

Does the app send my invoices to KSeF?

No. The app generates the documents in inFakt, and you send them to KSeF from inFakt. The app does not mark documents for automatic sending to KSeF.

Which documents can the app generate in inFakt?

VAT invoices, OSS invoices for EU consumers, proformas and corrections. When an invoice follows a proforma for the same order, inFakt gets a final invoice linked to the proforma.

Are documents generated automatically?

Yes. You choose the moment for each document type: when an unpaid order is created, when it is paid, when it is fulfilled or when any order is created. You can also generate a document by hand from a Shopify order up to 60 days old. Corrections can't be generated by hand.

What happens when I refund or cancel an order?

A correction is generated in inFakt when an order is fully refunded or cancelled. Partial refunds don't generate a correction.

Does the app handle B2B and reverse charge?

Yes. Your customers can enter their NIP UE at Shopify checkout and it appears on the document. EU business customers with a VAT ID get reverse charge documents.

Are paid orders marked as paid in inFakt?

Yes. When a Shopify order is paid, or is created as paid, the document is marked paid in inFakt.
