Oblio Integration is a Shopify app by Make It Easy!, currently in development, that generates invoices, proformas and credit notes in Oblio automatically from Shopify orders.

The app generates the documents in Oblio, ready to send to RO e-Factura through ANAF SPV from Oblio. The app itself never sends anything to the authority.

Documents generated automatically

Generate documents in Oblio automatically from your Shopify orders. You choose the moment for each document type: when an unpaid order is created, when it is paid, when it is fulfilled or when any order is created.

B2B with native VAT ID collection

Collect your business customers' cod de TVA natively at Shopify checkout. It goes onto the document, and EU business customers with a VAT ID get 0% VAT reverse charge documents.

SKUs and stock sync

Show the product name, the SKU or both on your documents. Each invoice deducts the sold quantity from the matching Oblio stock by SKU.

Refunds and cancellations handled

Generate a credit note automatically when an order is partially or fully refunded, or when it is cancelled. Only the refunded items appear on it.

Smart exceptions

Skip the orders you do not want a document for: orders with a given tag, POS orders, orders paid only with gift cards or orders with a zero total. You can also generate each document type for everyone, only for companies or only for individuals.

Taxes as on the order, including OSS

Tax rates and amounts go onto the document exactly as on the Shopify order. OSS sales are noted on the document when you are registered for OSS in Oblio.

POS orders, too

Orders from Shopify POS get documents the same way as online orders, with the same triggers, document types and settings.

Frequently asked questions

Does the app send my invoices to ANAF?

No. The app generates the documents in Oblio, and the documents are sent to RO e-Factura from Oblio.

Which documents can the app generate in Oblio?

Invoices, proformas and credit notes. When an invoice follows a proforma for the same order, the two are linked.

Are documents generated automatically?

Yes. You choose the moment for each document type: when an unpaid order is created, when it is paid, when it is fulfilled or when any order is created. You can also generate an invoice or proforma by hand from a Shopify order.

Does the app update my Oblio stock?

Yes. Each invoice deducts the sold quantity from the Oblio warehouse that holds the product with the matching SKU. Proformas and credit notes don't change stock.

Does the app handle B2B, reverse charge and OSS?

Yes. Your customers can enter their cod de TVA at Shopify checkout and it appears on the document. EU business customers with a VAT ID get 0% VAT reverse charge documents, and OSS sales are noted on the document when you are registered for OSS in Oblio.

In which languages can documents be issued?

Based on the billing address, documents can be issued in Romanian, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Hungarian, German or Ukrainian, with Romanian as the default.
